House rules

  • To prevent any damage to exhibits, we request that you leave your coat, large bag or backpack in the (unattended) cloakroom. Lockers are available free of charge.
  • The museum cannot be held liable for your personal belongings being lost, damaged or stolen. Your visit to the museum is on your own account and at your own risk.
  • It is not permitted to take photos in the exhibition areas. It is not permitted to photograph, take video footage or make films for commercial purposes without prior permission.
  • Use of a mobile telephone is not allowed in the exhibition areas.
  • It is prohibited to consume food and/or drink brought in from outside the museum in any part of the building.
  • For safety reasons, fire escape routes in the museum may not be blocked.
  • Pets or animals are not allowed in the museum 
  • Children under the age of 12 may only visit the museum if accompanied by an adult.
  • Do not run in the museum.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
